(A) A Board of Adjustment is hereby established in accordance with Kentucky Revised Statutes, Chapter 100.
(B) (1) There shall be five (5) citizen members appointed by the City Council for four (4) year terms ending on the first month of the designated year.
(2) The terms shall be staggered so that the terms of no more than two (2) members expire in any year.
(C) (1) Vacancies on the Board shall be filled within sixty (60) days.
(2) If the vacancy is not filled at that time, the Commission shall fill the vacancy.
(3) When a vacancy occurs other than through expiration of the term of office, it shall be filled for the remainder of that term.
