(A) Violation of the provisions of this chapter or failure to comply with any of its requirements; including violation of the conditions and safeguards established in connection with granting of variances or conditional uses, pursuant to the provisions of §§ 153.083 and 153.084 shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
(B) Any person, group of persons, including members of the legislative and administrative bodies of the city who violates any provision of this chapter or fails to comply with any of its requirements shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined of not less than ten dollars ($10) but not more than $500 for each offense. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. Any person shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $50 but not more than $500 for each lot or parcel which was the subject of sale or transfer, or a contract for sale or transfer, where such sale or transfer, or contract therefore, constitutes a violation of this chapter.
