§ 153.453. COMMISSION PROCEDURE.

Upon the filing of an application for an amendment to the Zoning District Map, the Commission shall direct the Administrative Official to review the application, make whatever studies the Commission deems necessary and report his/her findings at a public hearing. In addition, the Commission may require the applicant to submit further information subsequent to the filing of an application if necessary to make a recommendation.
