§ 113.99. PENALTY.

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and shall be punishable by a fine of no less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) pursuant to KRS 534.040. Each day a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
